Patient came in today to Klinik Zoi from Terengannu. Took a flight today morning to KLIA and returning today. Patients flare ups from the underlying eczema has stabilized. She's able to sleep well now with minimal scratching compared to before. Great family support and good compliance to the treatment protocol. A very good patient indeed. Next focus is on autophagy and fasting under supervision.
Klinik Zoi is based in Nilai as we are just 20 mins away, door to door from KLIA /KLIA2. We chose this location to better serve our patients from other states and countries.

Today we had a cute grandma coming in for blood check.
But something happened....
No obvious vein for blood taking. Pathi ( grandma) said it would take more than 4 x to attempt before withdrawing the blood from previous experience.
By God's Grace, we did it in ONE GO! Woo hoo! No need to attempt many times. We don't rush the process but do it slowly taking time to locate a suitable vein for blood taking. Pathi cried. We asked her whether is she ok. She replied saying " It's the first time that someone has taken my bloods in one go ( in Tamil)". Tears of joy

In my area of practice there are a number of people from war torn countries like Myanmar. Just met a family from Myanmar who came in for a consult on the issue of skin allergies.
Such a humble family and I told the husband of the patient that I understand his situation and will subsidize his cost a little bit to help out. But he said " Doctor, bagi ubat yang baik, janji isteri baik, duit takpe".
Nevertheless we subsidized a small amount for his wife but his love for his wife was touching indeed. What a man of the house would do for his family, this man is a true leader despite a tough past.
Speedy recovery to his wife and we pray for a good life for his family here in Malaysia.
